I am working with Fortigo for the last 2 years. They are the best in services industry, The work environment is so friendly & the management is too good with their employees. The management constantly motivates the employees & encourage them to come up with new ideas. They are constantly taking inputs from all the employees to improve on various aspects and create a positive & conductive work environment. In case there are gap in the skills, the management also identifies them & them & provides training for such employees. The salary is also good & as per industry standards.
