Company think about everything about employees e.g Insurance policies, providing weekly off, Festival holiday medical leave , early 30 days leave . Managing Director Factory Manager are so down to earth .They encourages employees & give time to employees to understand working condition & asking time to time whether new commer is enjoying the job or not.Overall employees are feeling better as they are at home & it's their own factory.

Dislikes

Immidate Boss ( Production Manager)are not thinking before scolding employee eg Time "Place person & why employee has made the mistake.

Its awesome. I am glad that I m small part of Frostee frozen foods Pvt ltd. Work experience is great. Relation with other employees and helper is good. Teammates are nice, everyone do their work passionately.

Dislikes

Slightly difficult to handle worker and helper in summer season when work is overloaded.
