... the security of job , colleagues are supportive. Overall good work environment. Only bad thing of the company is there is no policy about increment of salary and promotions. So better to negotiate higher salary from beginning to join. Otherwise it’s a fantastic company to work.

I regret to share that my time at Forsan was far from positive. Unfortunately, the work environment was heavily affected rowdyism and unprofessionalism. particularly among certain individuals who were allowed to engage in inappropriate conduct. Despite multiple instances of misconduct, I observed that the MANAGEMENT seemed to overlook or even support those contributing to the toxic atmosphere. This created an uncomfortable and unproductive work environment. I worked HR position at Forsan for 10 months. The company is unsafe for HR professionals. Management consistently supports individuals who engage in rowdy behavior and inappropriate actions. This creates a toxic environment where the well-being and safety of employees are not prioritized. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking an HR position.

Forsan Factory environment and work culture is good compared to corporate office.

Micro Management in IT Department. AGM of IT is psycho he will torture employees for no reason, he has tortured more than fifty employees.

Work culture is very and there is no growth, It is better to be unemployed then to work here, there is no salary revision and medical, If you ask for the same HR will say it not mentioned in appointment order, There practice of forge/alter appointment order whenever they want
