... the security of job , colleagues are supportive. Overall good work environment. Only bad thing of the company is there is no policy about increment of salary and promotions. So better to negotiate higher salary from beginning to join. Otherwise it’s a fantastic company to work.

HR policies are worst, lost of internal politics, you will get salary after 10th, there will not be any growth, no value will be given to indian employees

Forsan Factory environment and work culture is good compared to corporate office.

Micro Management in IT Department. AGM of IT is psycho he will torture employees for no reason, he has tortured more than fifty employees.

Work culture is very and there is no growth, It is better to be unemployed then to work here, there is no salary revision and medical, If you ask for the same HR will say it not mentioned in appointment order, There practice of forge/alter appointment order whenever they want

It's has been wonderful journey from 2017 to 2021. If you want learn about meat products and sales growth you can join that company. There are some good vibes around among that peoples.
