Formica is good raputed brand but top management vision to cash this brand is very very poor. Non laminate industry people tried various experiment to set their personal goal not the company goal for growth. No annual targets for any one, so people are list bother for annual performance and growth.

I learn verymuch In this company & my boss is very good teacher to me . he teaches new new chemical reaction & etc. And it 's nice growth in this company

There is no reason to dislike about working .And there is a much better growth in this company to my view
