Not good environment. Teammates are not supportive & the management is not transparent. Company policy are good, but appraisal are not fair

There is a lot of politics & the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

people management are not good job always in risk. Anyone can blame you for anything. Area managers are trained to unnecessary pressure you even at 12 pm at night expect call and reply of senior

I have been with F21 since 2013 ,Overall experience provided with valuable insight ,working with my team seeing them grow ,I don't accept anything as the norm, always strive for more and better!

Liked nothing apart from brand clothes. Pathetic experience.

Disliked everything about the work culture. No work life balance. People are inhuman. Would never recommend anyone to work with this brand. And good that the stores are closing. Won't blame the brand but the management.

The challenges it gives everyday, the new innovative tasks and knowledge which i get after doing it, it prepares me for the further growth in my career, and lastly it has such a big marketing and brand name that i feel proud to be working for this company.

sometimes the things are not planned and suddenly in a night we have to do it, the proper planning and execution need to be done on prior basis.
