I observe that our team was very colleborative. I really enjoyed to work with my team. It was the job to face the challenges and solving problems.

Dislikes

Only one dislike with this department that there was not any career grow. It was always budget problem in the department.

In my opinion I never like to work in FSI but the situation and family condition make me force to do work in FSI, Otherwise I never satisfy to work here.

Dislikes

Regular staffs behaviour is very poor. Me and so many outsourcing staffs are always fear to loosing job anytime.

I like the easy going work culture and variety of works and projects in my workplace.

Dislikes

I don't like the insecure nature of my job, the disparity between the salaries and benifits of permanent employees and temporary ones.Also, the topmost authorities of the office are forest officers who come here for a short tenure and have little or no knowledge about our field of work.

Likes

It's govt of India institute for monitoring forest cover of India after every two years. Overall it's a good place to work and learn

Dislikes

There are two types of employees working there. One are permanent employees and others are temporary employees. Here I feel discrimination from govt permanent employees
