Dislikes

One of the worst billing company in Mysore and no corporate culture and bucketing system. According to management their only 6 peoples are expertise in the RCm industry and no one else. Those 6 peoples only deserve for all rewards and recognition. Toxic work culture and they treat lateral employees like enemies and managers first and foremost work is to spreading rumors and manipulate people's. They don't even have capability to give appraisal and unnecessarily put appraisal on hold by giving feedback like "you have done wonderful work but still didn't met the expectation " prove it in next three months and get your appraisal.. this is their agenda to skip the appraisal cycle especially for laterals and its historically had proven with many folks. Worst hierarchy and HR team is here to just onboarding and onboarding employees and they have nothing to do. No respect to managers and leads. They have to work like AR callers. Leadership team is sending lot of motivational videos and stories but it's no where relates to their action. Experienced folks should not choose this company, they will ruin your career.
