Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? there is nothing in like it, Manager System is terrible of FORE. No knowledge about domain but shows that he knows to much.

Dislikes

Manager System is really horrible. He can do any thing to save his job by eating another job. Dont know anything about it but still management is keeping him

It is good choice of mine. I have learnt to educate me for my job. I am extremely work with my colleague, professor, legal department, and administration department, admission department and examination department they are kind hearted person and my colleagues never misguided me.

Not good for executive batch. Zero placement. Fake commitments small grade college. Never opt if you hv an experience.

Dislikes

Staffs not good, no real time practical experience, only theory based classes. Experience faculties not aware about external sxenerios.
