Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Worst company which I have joined. Managers are not supportive. No Job security. Upper manager so not have experience in trucking. Huge Delay in vendor's payments.

The most useless experience of my life is in this company, because the manager Rakesh Singh who was the handling sourcing lead Mumbai & Pune, who asks for bribe from all the employees and threatens them if I don't get money, And also used to threaten to kill and later fired him from work.

Its a division that puts employees first. Leadership, especially India Director Maha takes care of his team. Even during the crisis of covid, not even a single employee was let go. Infact, all the teams were encouraged to help the society at large.

Company policies and procedure are good. Ford smart mobility helped lots and lots of people during COVID-19 taking from employees to the workers. Company provided basic nessesities to the people who need during pandemic time. organisations working culture was good and managers are friendly and supportive all time.
