An very excellent technologies and macro development which they involved and implemented, Am always says, Ford makes us to develop in efficiently to work in independently.

Absolutely, compensation and other benefits are very low, career opportunities and growth is very slow. No proper appreciation from leads. No importance for opinions and ideas which is we contribute.

Roles and responsibilities are not clear. Most of the times the work given to us is not relevant to our knowledge and not so fruitful for the employee point of view Top level management is not so good in the recent years

Recently becomes more toxic as senior managers are not well respected and no opportunity for them to move lateral or promotion too .. non technical people in technical roles are really surviving there ..top management biased with set of people..
