Ford is the name that gives a pride to employees.very good organization with wonderful employees culture and salary was above with campare to other OEM. Really missing ford.

Dislikes

They are failed to judge the Indian customer mind. So they are now out of the race.

The company is very good for all employees and he didn't cut any month salary he gives full salary in lockdown and now company full safety for employees company gives safety kit and face sheld and mask senitaiser I love Ford company I happy to work with ford company thank you so much ford for help me and all employees.

Ford India Pvt Ltd sanand company is good but management is very very bed

Dislikes

Management is very bes upper level they provide all the facilities but here's they show us low salary food transportation nothing's good in the company HR manager plant manager they people are doing politics in the company they are forced to people for hard work. Overall employees is not satisfied with this company.
