The work Cultural is very good at Ford Credit, though it is an MNC with US Based company the work life balance is very excellent. The team members are very helpful. Here your hard work & smart work will be appreciated from time to time. Another plus point s that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

...ellent company to work with. Company culture and the values are always awesome . Bonus factor is excellent.

Bureaucracy. Managers and TL 's treat you like a puppet. You should not open your mouth infront of them. What ever they say you should nod your head and go then only we can happily survive there. Worst part is micro management. TL feels he is the owner of the organization and always ready to degrade subordinates,no proper training will be given, you should struggle and gather info.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Weekly 2days off is the only one good part i found in this company.

The pay is very less camparing to the work load we have . They don't give any respect to your educational qualifications. There is no growth in this company,the people who like to do the same work for their entire life can go for this. No self development ,skills learning ..just as a document verification job.And also don't go behind the night shift allowance they offer you The reason why i left this organisation is because of these above reasons.
