The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology, I experienced well on prototype vehicle BS VI full assembly, & also experience SAP work, CAD work for implementation Facilities provided like allowance, canteen facility.

My post is trainee technician and my work as a GET and salary given as per technician salary so Its difficult for me to take decision what is beneficial for me experience or carrier, if i choose experience than uncertainty of my carrier because of my post technician & i completed my graduation in bachelor of engineering in mechanical.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Vehicles are technologically good. Because of Mercedes and BMW engine manufacturing experience.. Nothing else.. There is no own inputs and brain used

...e there way of working No desktop, 4-5 guys using one desktop which is outdated. Food quality is poor, no hygiene, You don't have time for breakfast and lunch You have to take paper slip for early going Medical insurance premium is deducted from your salary GST also get deducted from salary, what kind of GST 😂 There are no Fans in the mfg shops, how operators are working since years without fan don't know You are the slave for company

Increment is not done on time. There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.

Bus services is not good.career growth is slow.because salary increment time is very delay.every year increment letter is comes in November....
