Average work environment and culture. Team mates are not too much supportive. Management was not too good. I'm doing job as a trainee for one year so many issues faced like salary. Salary hike after 3 years managers are also finding mistake.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is less but career growth was too much less. Ya I have signed one year promise and they will never doing me as a permanent.

Force Motors gives the opportunity to work freely, force motors has monopoly in his product and serve the people in each and every segment of commercial vehicle division. Force Motors gives the opportunity to grow your self by providing training in different areas personal and professional. Different activity are running continuously for improvements of organizations and self growth also. I also like the police of re-hire in this organization.

Compensation is decent and growth is slow here. Work pressure is high.

Canteen is worst possible , terrible workplace and negligible reimbursement. They will cut salary for even 1 min if your late. Very money minded company. Do not join this company. Better wait and apply somewhere else.

...es. No work life balance, people are not well mannered and very un professional. Except for the salary no additional benefits you get such as good medical insurance for you and family. No proper food timings and breaks during shift hours.
