...es. No work life balance, people are not well mannered and very un professional. Except for the salary no additional benefits you get such as good medical insurance for you and family. No proper food timings and breaks during shift hours.

...dle management. & don’t disclose hidden charges and TADA until you join company. - No Job security - Force fully deductions from salary like if you come late by 1-2 minutes they will deduct salary - They charge for tea & coffee 350rs & 300rs service charges to seat in canteen. - don’t pay daily allowance, lots of deductions by person called balghat. He don’t pay you till 60 days. - still working on paperwork - worst canteen food - No appraisals and salary increments - pathetic security, they check your pockets like you are theft. - still working like 90s system, you have print mail copy and give to your senior. - for one approval you have to take 100s of sign. - lots of pathetic rules which will make your life hell. - not car parking for Sr. executives Kindly avoid this company if you wish to stay happy in your life.

Every is worst here. All old employees are leg pullers. No growth opportunities, no training. Those who can’t work outside work here..

Having monopoly products so not having cut throat competition at the market place and also not in a race for chasing higher volumes, as a philosophy wants to sell their products at their Price and margins.

Personal hygiene for Employees are totally neglected and lacking highly in professionalism.

1) Paying salary on 7th of every Month is worst thing. Installments of all banks in between 1 -7 and if you pay salary so late, how employees should manage installments. 2) How much talented you are, how much you do cost savings for organization, they don't appreciate it. 3) New ideas are strictly prohibited 🚫 4) Security guard has more power than any department manager
