Only good thing is that all employees leave company at 5 pm .

Variable pay is not paid .its just to attract outsiders . Increment happens once in 3 -4 years. Anytime shutdown can be planned and your leaves will be deducted or else you will be leave without pay. On average 7 days leave without pay in a month. Anytime notice will be displayed that this month onwards there will be 15 or 20% salary will be deducted.

Good work environment and culture company policy are good salary hike and bonus every year. Work as teamwork. And discipline

Increment is not done on time. There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.

Average work environment and culture. Team mates are not too much supportive. Management was not too good. I'm doing job as a trainee for one year so many issues faced like salary. Salary hike after 3 years managers are also finding mistake.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is less but career growth was too much less. Ya I have signed one year promise and they will never doing me as a permanent.

Training was very good,the trainers are also very helpful.Encourageing trainers.Security persons are very good at all the time.

Dislikes

...no helpful behavior to the emploies,always rude behavior to the trainee persons.To much salary discussions after the salary credited.Very poor company.The food which is given to the employees and the trainee persons is very poor quality,some time it's just unhigenic.

Likes

The company give a better Training and learning, and open to innovation and adopt latest technology . Teammates are very good. Leadership and work environment really so good.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow. Salary not satisfied according to work profile. Sometimes politics are main factor of me.
