Actually everything😑 If you start list will be never ending. 1. Work life balance : zero. You will not get leave in some family emergency or national holiday also. You will work for every Sunday at site. No leave no holiday. 2. Project management : worst. They are doing firefighting in every project. No planning, no material on time. But sales commit unrealistic deadline. So customer hold guns in every project and you will be on fire line . 3. Engineering : full of mistakes which leads to incident at site, finally site engineer will be accountable for that 4.Leadership : unbelievable. Some unqualified people are leading every department. Last one year or so all qualified persons are left or forced to leave due to high politics. You will feel utterly stressed after 6 months of working and will search for escape for sure. Mark my word and think 1000 time before joining this company.
