Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

This is neither a company nor they have any kind of work to do. They are just scammers , they only doing fraud by manipulating people to gave them money 1000 to 10,000 on their joining. They are doing total illegal work at their office. They scammed people by presenting a trip voucher that can be redeemed. Everything is fake at their place. And those 1-2 positive reviews we are seeing, all are by their fraud partners.

Scame. They ask candidates to for money to join. Positions they offer:- 1. BDE - ₹1000 Work - Nothing, just copy paste (As per the company) 2. HR Executive - ₹4000-9500 Work - Nothing, just call candidates number provided the company and ask them to visit the office and join (As per the company)
