... good compensation policy in this covid situation, Appraisals or bench policy. 2- In initial days salary got credited on time but after 2 months it got delayed. If you will contact HR for same they will not revert your emails or pick up phones. 3- You have to maintain a good relation with your client side manager else if you get kicked out there is no bench policy. You have to search project on your own and there is no compensation in between.

Working with foray is very good experience for the client tcs, will get in time salary, response from management is good and good hikes at the end of the year

Convention to tcs payroll is difficult but it's based on luck and your role in the project

The salary was on time and was at end of month not like other third party companies giving at 5-7 of each month

...h for a new job at the end of the year which was difficult I had completed my 1.3 years and still they dint approached me for apprasials In offer letter they mentioned if they ask me to leave any time since projects were not there they will give me 2 months basic salary Which was also not provided by them So if u join they will give you salary on time But no job security
