...l marksheet at the time of joining. So that employee cannot just leave and go. Dont join marketing department here, as they have salary deductions if you do slight errors while processing Orders & to be honest their Marketing department is only data entry work in SAP. Seniors are not cooperative at all. So, acc. to me one should only join Marketing department here if he is in deep need otherwise one should look for another option.

Worst management disgusting HR . No proper training provided. Cut your salary on the name if Error. No body stick in this company mor than one month. Worst working culture.even they don't think why people leaving like this there must be some problem in their management. Full of negativity.

Forace pays very well in comparison to other industries in this region , work culture is great ,many opportunities for learning and skill development , on time appraisals and supportive management .
