...ast growing company and they have conquered many countries with their products .Salary and Appraisal is really good , never had delays in those things . Flexible options were one thing which i was personally happy. The company ensures delivery from every individual . The top management treats everyone equally .

My only concern was with huge polictics run by Head of Technology - always says i am Head of Technology and does nothing - frankly sayings its true . He has his own puppets who say YES for his calls. He is good with his favourite puppets but other developers are not treated equally right from Junior to senior . Recent i witnessed new Head of various dept was hired they were made puppets under him. They could have been utilised in many way for the company's growth. If he holds the foodhub technology for longer tenure this would ruin with our company's growth . We were sponsored for outing last week for developement and testing team , becasue our Head of Technology is gonna be there so most of our fellow mates avoided this event to be participated . My request to the management , Please remove these people who does dirty politics especially Head of Technology , removing of these people will definately help in our growth . I would personally expect from management could hire good CTO who can make decision strongly independant . Finally he is also his puppet !!!

Great learning path if you are starting as a fresher. If you are a senior folk and have the required skills, the salary provided is higher than current market offers. Talent will be recognized and rewared appropriately on time. No service-company culture which is much appreciated and the hierrarchy is not too flat either.

Dislikes

Lunch and dinner can be provided for the employees being a company that is in food domain. On-site is for select long term employees only. Certain teams will have more visibility and recognition from the ceo. No official work from home policy for junior and mid-level employees. Yearly pay hikes doesn't match the market offerings. HR team could be more proactive in addressing employee concerns.

Test Automation in this place is a complete mess, all they have is a automated mess. Nobody works as a team, they are all corrupted by politics from remote and by a few working in Chennai office and there is no way back. They do not encourage modern tech/tools and in-fact all my new implementations were ruined when I was on a long sick leave. Ideas get disrespected by people who dont even understand them properly. Management : Test Management is hired from typical service-based company with Dictator-Manager mentality, they are very good at playing dirty politics. On the technology front, managers are non-technical with no understanding on test automation fundamentals/principles. Freshers/Hiring : They did a very unusual hiring and ramp-up the team very big. I personally feel bad for all the talented freshers/juniors, they just roam around without clear understanding about the tech/product and lack of guidance. Learning curve is very limited where fresher and few seniors wont even have access to source code. I strongly would not recommend anyone to join this organisation for QE, I am less aware about other teams so dont want to comment on that
