Nothing I liked over there... They ate doing fraud with people's career as they do not have any funds to pay the employees, they are unable to pay employees salary.

...'s just a suggestion don't join this company I made a mistake by joining them... They are totally in loss and unable to pay employees salary.

...nt is part of the teams. A very strange culture is built based on bias opinions. The employee is not paid on time. A mom and pop store has better employee value than that at foodhall. Last piece- "Businesses are built on people, and people should be treated with respect and be valued"

Company is very good but management system is average. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

... be helped improving process if you perform well you would get good growth here. salary gets credited on time but travel expense we have to claim with authorities. one more thing, you can easily manage your professional as well as personal life.

I had joined the foodhall by future groups before pandemic and they made me sit at home saying we will call you soon. A year became but they dint call and they refused to give me experience certificate as well. My one year got waisted. Had a very bad experience with the company
