Specifically, I feel that there is limited scope for promotions and that employee contributions are not adequately valued. Furthermore, I believe that the organization does not prioritize employee well-being and job satisfaction

The products range is vast a barrage and managers are putting unethical pressure to deliver big numbers month on month. and the most important HR team initiatives lacking. Internal Politics, No vertical growth due to grouping Appraisal on basis of need & favour not by performace
