I am writing this review to inform management that one of my teammates is being harassed and receiving job threat warnings from the digital marketing head. He told me that he received a call from the ex-head, saying I was the person writing negative reviews on a portal, which I never did, as I have moved on. The sad part is that the company is not ready to hear criticism from any fired employees. It could have been done by anyone, but the ex-head called and threatened that teammate about his confirmation at his current company, also saying that if he didn't remove the review, he would ruin his career. Management can contact HR to verify my truthfulness. He threatened him saying he would destroy his career, despite his own questionable actions, such as keeping his brother-in-law safe, who knows nothing about PPC, in his position. He further said he called HR about his ex-head saying such things, but he know nothing will happen, and this is what he can expect when a high-profile guy openly threatens to destroy somone's career knowing no action would be taken

I strongly against joining this organization because there are two employees working here-one is the Digital Marketing Head (Who is very unprofessional, rude, lacks knowledge, and always praised himself in the office without any reason.), and the other is his number one chela, who manages paid campaigns on Google and Facebook. Both openly engage in the office politics in every team and publicly claims that no one in the company can challenge them. As a result they have completely ruined the whole Digital marketing Team. Why is not management addressing these two office politicians?. They freely state that they can mislead management for the next 5 to 10 years because no one in the leadership team even the basics of Digital Marketing and its key performance indicators (KPIs). Do not join this organization; otherwise, you will waste your time, knowledge and efforts.

I joined this company as a sr manger and I found there is too much politics there. The head told me that he already has hired his relative inn the team and I need to bootlick both of them in order to save my job. Also I was told that I am hired for replacing the exiting SEO manager but he was very good with his work so I couldn't ever outshine him. When I asked the reason I got the reply there is some personal reason and being a head he don't want to see that existing manager in this team. Over the time I started licking his boots, started nodding my head in the grace of his honor even started calling him malik and his relative to chote malik. I was just saying yes for everything whatever my malik was saying. But when I couldn't compete the existing manner my malik said I have to go and despite doing everything I could continue even. After my job in fonada I joined another company where I started licking my boss but again they fired after sometimes now I know boot liking is not good. Also chote malik informed me that their conspiracy worked and we fired the entire SEO team, but when I asked can I join again he is not replying. What to do now!
