There is no scope for your personal growth. They give their inter bundle of work to do which is impossible to complete in a day. And it was not even a digital marketing internship it was just uploading and calls, 1st during the interview they tell u it will only be 40 call per day ... But I remember doing 120 calls in a day .... Even the burden of work is alot maintain their data, call doctors, upload the doctors profile in backend, etc etc and etc the list of daily task in never ending and even the superior there are rude ... If u keep listening to them they could slang you to any extend. All of this Tak's n the pay was only 12k which is useless n nothing to learn and no personal life as the intern had to work on weekends too with out any OT.

... Poonam for it over n over again she has not answered any of these questions. I remember on incident whr I was not given my 1st month salary and my reporting boss Ms. Rutu I had as her regarding it and she said ilyou will get it by 15th of every month and till 20th of August I did not receive it. When I confronted the HR Ms poonam she said interns get their stipend late. N I got my stipend on 30th of August I guess or around that time. And coz of this I was frustrated so I asked rutu to look into the matter and I think that day I couldn't complete my daily tasks so she had the audacity to tell me that if u don't get salary on time it doesn't mean you r not going to work! So I think they should have a little bit of corporate manner of how to talk to their interns or subordinates.
