Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

...! Honestly speaking we give leave to our employees from March 2019 to till date. We also give half salary because they are youngsters and their family members are working. So it will be a minimum support for their mental stability. We promise our employees will not lose the job and once the medicine came to tamilnadu they will come back to us and 100% salary job will be there. Now they are under the support of parents so half salary will helpful for their moral strength. I am the only person who is going for photography and founder is also going. Remaining all the peoples are in leave with salary.

Dislikes

Due to novel corona 19, we closed out office. We know there will be no opportunity for business and making so much of problems in rental stuffs. We have hope guys we belive our customers will come if medicine came to us. After the medicine we will start a studio not a simple office, a big studio and be a successful entrepreneur.
