New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

During the period 2019 to 2021, I worked in Focus Edumatics. It was a pleasant experience working with Focus. The US students were very good. It was a pleasure for me to teach US kids. We were very much supported by our mentors. The training was very good.

you can enjoy as much as you. And, there is no work pressure at all. You will learn some new things about Math or English. You can schedule your leaves, working days if the TL is good.

Fake promises, Low salary after even two years, Poor quality of compensation. There is no cab facility. If you are a girl, you definitely get more benefits. Such a worst management I have ever seen. After the peak period, you may be fired for silly reasons. You can't expect any loyalty from anyone of the senior persons. All are cheaters. Don't spoil your career, if you looking for growth.

Waste company doesn't follow the rules and regulations the company will always terminate the employee and no hike in this company

Don't waste your time in this company no hike is there in this company no growth for the future no salary is provided by the end of the month.with out any prior information they will terminate the employee.

The company's work culture is really awesome. It provides timely training and development sessions as per the requirements. There is no target-based work. It also provides WFH opportunities when needed.

Nothing. I have added those one star too only because we wont avoid them without adding.

... you check your performance there will be nothing effective like what they says. They just keep reasons for your termination and they won't pay your salary on time. There is more things to say as dislikes but I am just adding 10% of dislikes. Moreover than this its your wish to join here.
