Only thing I like is the job satisfaction. I have started my career here and I love teaching. The happiness you get when the students coming and saying that they got a job and thanking us is immeasurable. But company side you will love the job but when years passes you will end up with frustration only.

...perfect and you have to act against conscience. Employees dont have any benefit. Starting salary is good but even after getting recognized the salary will be very near to your starting salary.

that was the biggest mistake of my life to join FACE and submit my original certificates.

Dislikes

... Promotion to sycophants 4). Discrimination based on region and your accent. 5). Low salary 6). They will ask you to travel suddenly without any preplanning or prior information. 7). They will mislead college students/ college administration by sending a fresher graduate, acclaiming him to 3+ years of experience. 8). You can't take your comp offs as per your choice. It's them who will decide when to give leaves or not. 9). Sometimes you need to take classes on holidays as well. 10). Despite your hardwork, they do care about whether you are sycophants or not who keeps on licking them every time.

There is a unity and team work. Top management gives all the freedom to do business. At the same time, they also know how much freedom to give as well.

NO SYMPATHY towards you EXTENDED WORKING HOURS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE NO WORK LIFE BALANCE, your work will be balance always. NO PERSONAL TIME NO LEAVE APPROVALS EVEN WHEN YOUR MOTHER IS HOSPITALIZED (AN EMPLOYEE REQUESTED FOR LEAVE AS HER MOTHER HAD TO UNDERGO A SURGERY IMMEDIATELY BUT HER MANAGER REJECTED HER LEAVE AND ASKED HER TO POTPONE HER MOTHER'S SURGERY) Send an email to your managers and officially announce if you are in a relationship with another employee in the team. Partiality, groupism, etc. etc.,

To say, they did not support us but rather asked us to take a work break for April and May. Then we got a call from one of the managers to resign and look for other options for which they are ready to pay 1 month salary as compensation. Talking about the company, I really enjoyed keeping my self busy 24/7 and travelling all around. Work culture was pretty good. Thing I liked about the organization was, people who are really committed and really ready to do any thing for the company they see change in job roles and as well next level.
