As a company it has grown in the past year, be it with new employee friendly policies or with recruiting talent for all positions. The management is trying from their end to introduce the best practices that any software company must follow all the while trying to improve work life for employees by introducing transparent reward policies, SPOC (Single point of contact) to address grievances, fun activities lead by HR team.
