Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Work culture no life balance If you are joining the focal skill then they will give you your salary after 3 months , they will hire you only for 3 months , they will lie to you that its a permanent job. It's totally hire and fire (without salary).

No compensation or benifits for employee,growth also very slow.the work pressure is very high,sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours. After that no value for the employee. Also there is no training for fresher.

Nothing at all. Even academic counsellor doesn't know how to speak with fellow trainers. She can't even write a sentence without a mistake. Pathetic environment and even worse management.
