Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Salary package only. But salary credit day is 7th.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Management have all the rights to terminate at any time without prior notice and hr don't help on this. If anyone wants to change his job for a better opportunity then please don't provide references from this company because they share negative feedback. Management and hr forcing to serve notice and don't release last salary and fnf until unless you begging many times. I have worst experience with them. FNP care LLP is the worst company for Anyone. Management was too worst and non supporting.
