Its just a work environment for you to make money. No culture and nothing company like. One guy makes decision on everything and everyone else in the management follow him literally like sheep in a line.!

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

On th job training is not given to new joinees. Night shift work I dislike

This is one among the best organizations for freshers. They can kick start their career with this wonderful organization to get absolute knowledge of MNC and also they provide a lot of benefits like three meals a day, transportation and etc. If your interested to join this organisation as a fresher please join it without any second thought!

Recently a colleague was made Tech Lead in the March appraisal cycle. However, this person was on a performance improvement program (PIP) last year (just 5 months ago). When I enquired with my AVP about how he got a promotion. His answer was _ "I choose not to answer your question"

Managers are behaving like anything .. you won't get proper response from manager,for vacation we need to beg , they won't accept emergency leave
