FMCG in rural India face various challenges in expanding through rural markets, viz., their small size, remoteness, the geographically scattered nature of rural markets, poor internet connectivity, and tremendous heterogeneit The thing I dislike the most about being a sales professional is the lack of respect given to the profession. Sales is often viewed as a necessary evil and there is general attitude that anyone can do the job( hence the revolving door you see at most companies).

I am working in Marketing field from last 12 years, I like Marketing strategy for increasing the sales even new ideas to pramote the products and also the customer benefits, why should they purchase the brand? What benefit they will get after getting brands?so, many companies also run campings for sale the products but, so many companies focus on customer satisfaction and benefits, that's why they are leading in FMCG sectors... FMCG sectors now a days do advertising and research of compitotr brands to make their product more effective, which may help them in increase the sales of the products.
