There are lots of people are unprofessional they doing politics , they wanted to someone go ahead of them most of manager hire there relatives so extra workload on people who came on there own . There is long working hours , sometimes you have to work on holiday also , really bad experience with this company.

...ve and the transparent.theee is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisal are Fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good leaning environment , warehouse are constructed with International standards including green building concept & BMS

Nothing to dislike, good team to optimise employees work & giving compensation respectively. But there were not multiple green field projects at same time.

The work culture is great. Benefits are good and Skill development is great. Got to learn may new things and refine my existing skill set

Dislikes

The time taken for appraisal is long and the management is focused on cost cutting and does not appreciate your hard work.

Job security is excellent with worklife balance there are lot of opportunities to learn new things across the departments we can gain excellent knowledge in supply chain management every employee not limited to one particular role any one can easily work in all departments , growth is also very good
