Appropriate Salary Offer

Hello All, Today I received an Offer from "Suzuki Motors India Private Limited" in the Spares Parts Department at a designation of Assistant Manager in Gurgaon Location. Salary Offered to me :- 11.79 LPA which is 98k CTC/month and 86k In Hand/month. Can anyone suggest if this is a decent offer to accept for Gurgaon location or need to ask for more %hike. My current CTC is 80k CTC/month which is 9.6 LPA.

Good leaning environment , warehouse are constructed with International standards including green building concept & BMS

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike, good team to optimise employees work & giving compensation respectively. But there were not multiple green field projects at same time.

The time taken for appraisal is long and the management is focused on cost cutting and does not appreciate your hard work.

...gement of that company is also includes in this.they doesn't address our issues.they don't even pay salary on time and incentives also.and the career growth is super slow wheather you are deserving.no training program for employees and no safety equipments
