Team is good and we can work in office time without extending.

Dislikes

If night activity is there then we need to login next day or we will get ping in group. And for that extra works we dont have valuable benefits (may be we will get INR 300/- ) Some senior persons have their own weights infront of new juniors because of product knowledge.

It’s an awful place. The organisation is driven by the whims and fancies of the founder. They do not accept new people and the chairman always assigns tasks to old timers. The organisation has no proper career progression plan, and senior management takes grudge on you for asking questions. You cannot grow if you don’t have a coterie in this organisation.
