Also there is no compensaton or help for setting up workstation at home due to the pandemic. No employee engagement activities since the pandemic.

There was good team coordination, good travel policy, compensation policy and work-life balance was very very good, salary paid on time, appraisal and career opportunities is good in that company. Most important was job security is there.

No work life balance, The managers want to have build even at public holidays like Christmas and Onam. Work time was usually from 9 am till 12 am to 6 am. No work life balance and they will fire you at any time.
