...en only for those working in client-facing teams. Compensation is below average. There is no salary normalisation either, and zero benefit for long term employees unless they hold another offer. Also there is no compensaton or help for setting up workstation at home due to the pandemic. No employee engagement activities since the pandemic.

There was good team coordination, good travel policy, compensation policy and work-life balance was very very good, salary paid on time, appraisal and career opportunities is good in that company. Most important was job security is there.

Apart from salary and appraisal every thing is good .such a good work environment and teammates and managers as well. Best platform for learning.

Salary increament and appraisal will not based on performance. Its based on their choice.

It's very good company with very good friendly atmosphere. They are using latest technologies in their production environment. But for learning it will be depends on the team you join.

No work life balance, The managers want to have build even at public holidays like Christmas and Onam. Work time was usually from 9 am till 12 am to 6 am. No work life balance and they will fire you at any time.
