Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

- Do not waste time on interviewing for Flynaut. - After one round of techno managerial remote discussion I was asked to be present in office for face to face final round in late evening. The hiring manager cum founder of this organization remained absent for discussion & did not even bother to update till I reached out. - Later ignored all messages as if others time is not important for her. Plus they fire people once projects are over without any notice as well. - This gives deep insight over work culture and employee friendliness of the company. Better stay away.
