...ill never say this to you. 2. No perks or benefits to the contract employees. 3. For contract employees salary will be given by 3rd party and pay slip as well not from Flydocs and which will be of no use for the Bank loan purpose or any other. 4. I would recommend if you are leaving your permanent job and your joining at flydocs through ethics india contract then it's your foolishness. For the freshers it's good to learn but it's not the place to work for experienced. ....I would recommend not to join.

Instead of supporting,they laid off 90 employees ignoring the work load.again there was no option to exceute the work,they hired as technical consultant on contract basis on low pay

Full of politics going on. As higher managements are gujarati, they prefer all higher post for people belong to Gujarat.

...fe is good this is the thing only satisfaction in this company. Rest all poor. You never heard any where these guys are decrease the salary while promoting contract to permanent role. Worst ever this salary demotivate for senior guys. They don't pay more than 50000 salary. So it's just for work life balance company. Don't expect more from this company. Anytime they will remove or decrease salary.

Only WFH culture is okay that too temporary with toxic environment. Liked the fake show off for the onboarding employees.

No Transparency within the hierarchy. Bias culture favoring Gujarati's always. CE team's Manager- Naman shah, CE director- Lauren Partridge, HR- Sunchena Patel, HR and POSH head- Joretha, all are corrupted and looting mentality people. Naman Shah, mentally torchered me and made pressure on other junior managers to repeat the same. i went to HR and POSH head- Joretha and the other HR Sunchena Patel, but they clearly on face said we cannot accept your proofs as the Manager is the oldest in this comapny. The company is mastered in creating fake news with the organization for the Gujarati's favour. Appraisal is hardly 10% that too for TL. Please do not join this company. Even then if you will join, you will soon realize your mistake with a 6 months or 1 year. If you will stand for your self, this company will sue you with a day. they are same old Britishers with negative low wages for India's mindset. Don't ever join if you are not a pure Gujarati.

Worst IT person i ever worked with.UK management is sleeping and do not know how IT is running by non technical guy and most insecure guy and above all most of the tasks are getting done by Vendor.I do not know if vendor is not to support then how can issue get resolved and by doing such things senior IT guy is putting company security at risk. God save flydocs whose IT department is running by such guys even though Indian management knows everything i still do not know why FLYdocs leadership team is not taking any action.
