Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...t your career. You will gain on paper experience only which will you secure job. But you can't expect salary on time. Salary may get delayed by 20-25 days.

Dislikes

You will be asked to work even if you are on approved leave. No matter you are in hospital— you will have to work. If you want to witness 'micro-management' then this company is the best fit.

No professional working Company dont care for employees (now hardly anyone left also) Bad culture and poor leadership.

Dislikes

Dont pay salaries, no vendor or leasing payment. Never deposit TDS or PF. Do many violations. Not to work such company.

No salary, dues pending all over the country, starting from small time vendors to 5 star hotels. Company is aimless what they want to do. Opens and closes new station at drop of hat. Employees have to keep on waiting for salary. If you leave the company forget about F&F

They really don't care about employees . I have to get my relieving letter yet . after so many reminder from the date of resignation they still put my relieving letter on hold . worst place to work .
