- They do not pay salaries. If they plan to pay then the salary is given after 15th of every month. - They'll keep your 10th and 12th original marksheets for verification. - The culture is very poor. - They are unethical. - They harass the new recruits.

Never work on this organization. Unnecessary they deduct the salary and salary date is 15th date or more.

This creates an atmosphere of perpetual insecurity and fear. Moreover, the unreasonable expectation to work on weekends blurs the boundary between work and personal life. The conduct of tech leads only adds to the toxicity, displaying a lack of professionalism and respect. It's imperative to steer clear of this company and seek a workplace where your well-being and professional growth are genuinely valued.
