I couldn't think of anything to like about this company, except the co-workers. Please don't be mislead by the fake reviews and ratings saying this is a great place to work.

Management is the worst. They treat you like a slave. Lowest pay in the market. Basically dont expect any paid leave. And you cant even apply for emergency sick leave without getting permission couple of days early, or you have to take 2 days of lop for each day of leave. you have to work 12-16 hrs a day.

Never work on this organization. Unnecessary they deduct the salary and salary date is 15th date or more.

This company is undoubtedly one of the worst places to work as an employee. There are no redeeming qualities to be found here. What's more, it's apparent that the company is resorting to self-promotion by commenting on its own posts to improve its tarnished reputation. I urge everyone to steer clear of this organization and seek an employer that genuinely values its employees and maintains transparency in its actions.

I strongly advise against considering this company as an employer. The work culture here is deeply troubling, with a disheartening practice of cutting off 60-70 percent of employees under the guise of performance. This creates an atmosphere of perpetual insecurity and fear. Moreover, the unreasonable expectation to work on weekends blurs the boundary between work and personal life. The conduct of tech leads only adds to the toxicity, displaying a lack of professionalism and respect. It's imperative to steer clear of this company and seek a workplace where your well-being and professional growth are genuinely valued.

- They do not pay salaries. If they plan to pay then the salary is given after 15th of every month. - They'll keep your 10th and 12th original marksheets for verification. - The culture is very poor. - They are unethical. - They harass the new recruits.

1- You have to Submit your original Documents while joining this Company 2- They claim that Salary date is 10-15 of every month but you get your Salary on Date of 15th of Every month or more delay. Days of Working -45 Days, Salary providing only 30 Days. 2- Deduct your Salary and give you the reason - "PERFORMANCE ISSUE" without sending you any PIP Mail 4- When you want to leave your Job, then you have to serve 3 months of Notice Period.
