When i work here I received award in annual function but when I resigned from this company and ask for FNF they told me that my performance was not good😂 ( and most interesting is that i never received any PIP mail when I worked in this company).

Salary date is 15-22 if 15 will be Saturday you will get your salary at 17 or 18. Just to say it's a 5 day working company but often it gets opens on Saturday and if you deny to work on then In reward you will get 2 days lose of payment.

The work culture here is deeply troubling, with a disheartening practice of cutting off 60-70 percent of employees under the guise of performance. This creates an atmosphere of perpetual insecurity and fear. Moreover, the unreasonable expectation to work on weekends blurs the boundary between work and personal life. The conduct of tech leads only adds to the toxicity, displaying a lack of professionalism and respect. It's imperative to steer clear of this company and seek a workplace where your well-being and professional growth are genuinely valued.
