Hierarchy as per experience wise very absurd. None of factors available for IT exemption in salary str. Projects viability is poor. Superficial dialogues from management all the time for their efforts in bringing works. Completion high and their choosy nature towards job is not making business rather doing hope only. Mainly, Contracts Department jesa koi kaam hi nahi hai.

Identified employees get handsome salary rise irrespective of their performance in the appraisal year. Ugly politics. Work environment is good.
