Flour is discriminating employee from other parts of world unfair i.e those from Asia and Africa. My experience being from Africa is that ,it is worse company to work with.

The worse experience come when two employees working the same work are paid different salary only because one comes from Africa and another comes from Europe.

Job security. Can be made to sit idle or at home depending on the project unavailability.

There is nothing to like , pay cuts during covid and hell lot of firing .. These type of organisations should, be banned in India.

There are dislikes only in this organisation hell lot of politics next level firing of the employees

Identified employees get handsome salary rise irrespective of their performance in the appraisal year. Ugly politics. Work environment is good. Travel opportunity is given to pre identified employee irrespective of their longiness in the project. Work life balance is good. Opportunity to be innovative.

Terrible job security. Lateral entries are never treated at par with who joined as GET. Regionalism.

Fluor Mostly hire temporary Employee.And Terminate Contract any time so Job Security is less. So I think apart from Job Security everything is Fine.
