Travel opportunity is given to pre identified employee irrespective of their longiness in the project. Work life balance is good. Opportunity to be innovative.

Terrible job security. Lateral entries are never treated at par with who joined as GET. Regionalism.

Fluor Mostly hire temporary Employee.And Terminate Contract any time so Job Security is less. So I think apart from Job Security everything is Fine.
