Identified employees get handsome salary rise irrespective of their performance in the appraisal year. Ugly politics. Work environment is good. Travel opportunity is given to pre identified employee irrespective of their longiness in the project. Work life balance is good. Opportunity to be innovative.

Terrible job security. Lateral entries are never treated at par with who joined as GET. Regionalism.

Fluor Mostly hire temporary Employee.And Terminate Contract any time so Job Security is less. So I think apart from Job Security everything is Fine.

...to help company grow directly in terms is sales without caring for unhealthy a pint of efforts given to the organization without expecting much compensation in return for so many years. Worst company to work for! It’s full of politics where Indian management has little control over things and American parental organization always try to control smallest of the actions without giving giving any thought on the growth of Indian office or the people working there. It’s MNC only in the name
