Fluor Mostly hire temporary Employee.And Terminate Contract any time so Job Security is less. So I think apart from Job Security everything is Fine.

You will get good competitive salary. Working environment is also good. In a Team maximum are experienced person. So You will learn a lot.

Progress is slow, salary increments do not come easy, a lot of showdown in meetings to be boss buddy, transfer between departments and roles is possible but not easy
